用途:

用于微生物藥敏試驗(yàn)。用于彎曲桿菌的藥物敏感性試驗(yàn).

【配制方法】

稱(chēng)取本品36.5克，加入1000ml蒸餾水中，加熱煮沸溶解，分裝,121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘備用。

【注意事項(xiàng)】：

本品滅菌后應(yīng)在無(wú)菌環(huán)境下操作，本品出現(xiàn)結(jié)塊請(qǐng)勿使用。
