培養(yǎng)液中推薦的青霉素G鈉鹽的工作濃度為100U/ml ，硫酸鏈霉素的工作濃度為0.1mg/ml。即按照100倍稀釋使用即可。
操作說(shuō)明：
1、從－20℃冰箱里取出青鏈霉素混合液（100×）。
2、室溫放置使其融化。
3、超凈臺(tái)內(nèi)操作，每500毫升培養(yǎng)液里加入5毫升青鏈霉素混合液（100倍稀釋）。
4、混勻后，即可使用。
注意事項(xiàng)：
盡量減少反復(fù)凍融的次數(shù)，使用時(shí)避免對(duì)母液的污染。
