本產(chǎn)品是一種用于分離動物外周血淋巴細(xì)胞的無菌、低內(nèi)毒素水平的密度梯度分離液。其分離原理是根據(jù)血細(xì)胞的密度差異，通過離心使一定密度的細(xì)胞按相應(yīng)密度梯度分布，從而將淋巴細(xì)胞從外周血中分離出來。適用于從動物抗凝血液中分離淋巴細(xì)胞，無菌條件下分離的淋巴細(xì)胞可用于培養(yǎng)。
